Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney who is prepared to handle challenging cases and advocate effectively for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Washington.

Duties:

• Represent healthcare providers in litigation matters.
• Handle a variety of challenging cases with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for clients' interests both in and out of court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Prior experience in litigation, particularly in healthcare-related matters, is preferred but not required.
