  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
  • Approval by multiple title insurance companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under deadlines.
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding title review goals.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Notary Public (or willingness to obtain).
