Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney for their New York City office. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on managing civil litigation, government enforcement, and investigations.

Duties:

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters
• Handle government enforcement cases
• Conduct internal and external investigations
• Lead complex commercial and securities litigation matters
• Manage SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing in the state of New York
• 5-7 years of litigation experience
• Experience managing complex commercial and securities litigation matters
• Experience with government enforcement matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent client management skills
• Team-oriented approach

Certifications:

Any relevant certifications in litigation or securities law are a plus.
