Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Family and Criminal defense law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, PDF, and Excel.
  • Strong litigation experience with mediation, negotiations, legal research, and writing expertise.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of immigration law and procedure.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus+.
