Land Use/Litigation Attorney

Wilson office of our client seeks a land use/litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience working in land use law and handling related disputes and litigation. Should have knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to land use, development entitlements, planning, zoning, quasi-judicial proceedings, representation of boards and commissions, and related civil cases. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Must be licensed in North Carolina.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional energy and a cooperative, professional demeanor. Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must have a strong academic background, including a J.D. from an accredited law school.
