A law firm in Lawrenceville, NJ, seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to work directly with partners and associates on various litigation and business dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will bring excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and 3-5 years of litigation experience. Must be licensed in New Jersey. Duties:

  • Collaborate with partners and associates on litigation matters, including contracts, professional liability, premises liability, product liability, and construction disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist in business dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience (preferred).
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
