Duties

• Assist in the development and financing of real estate projects.
• Collaborate with clients on tax-exempt bonds and conventional debt transactions.
• Support the syndication of various tax credits.
• Engage in legal research and drafting of documents.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of legal experience.
• Interest in affordable housing, community development, and related fields.
• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
