A law firm is seeking an FDA Regulation Associate Attorney for their office in New York City, NY. This role involves providing FDA regulatory counseling to cutting-edge technology companies and supporting corporate and contracting teams in M&As, asset deals, IPOs, and other complex transactions.

Job Overview:

• Provide FDA regulatory counseling to technology companies.
• Support corporate and contracting teams in complex transactions.

Duties:

• Counsel companies with FDA-regulated products.
• Review contracts involving regulated companies.
• Support corporate deals with risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Provide counseling regarding FDCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, and state laws.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in FDA regulation.
• Broad work experience in counseling FDA-regulated companies.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
