Job Overview: A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney to play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare clients with their transactional needs, specializing in the acquisitions of physician and dental practices, as well as representing behavioral health providers.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel and support in mergers and acquisitions transactions, focusing on healthcare clients.
  • Handle the acquisition process of physician and dental practices, ensuring legal compliance and client objectives are met.
  • Represent and advise private equity funds and/or healthcare providers in various legal transactions-related matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, preferably within a law firm setting.
  • Proven experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
  • Additional experience or demonstrated interest in behavioral health is considered a strong asset.
  • High level of academic achievement, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Previous law firm experience is required.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
