Job Overview:

The Civil Litigation Attorney will represent clients in civil litigation matters. They will handle all aspects of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to trial and appeal.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on civil litigation matters.
• Assist in the following practice areas: Professional Liability Tort and Liability Defense.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar or sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions.
• 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong academic record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar, or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
