The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the State Bar Association. They should possess strong research and analytical skills, proficiency in legal drafting and writing, and experience with litigation procedures and practices. Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Attorney will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, assist with case management, prepare for legal proceedings, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients and other parties involved in the legal process. They will collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist with case management, including organizing files and maintaining case calendars
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar Association
