Duties:

  • Manage patent portfolios and provide support in portfolio management
  • Utilize expertise in blockchain, distributed ledgers, video codec, and cloud platform and computing
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate new skills as needed
  • Manage time and deadlines effectively across multiple projects
  • Develop and nurture relationships within the Firm and with external clients
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively within a diverse team
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations
  • Identify and analyze legal issues, make informed decisions, and initiate actions/solutions
  • Stay adaptable and flexible in the face of unexpected challenges
  • Exhibit composure and good judgment in all situations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Robotics
  • Experience with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus
  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus
