A law firm in Hartford is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, provide superior customer service to clients, make improvement recommendations to practice managers, and manage performance metrics through practice quality software.

Duties:

• Take the lead in managing family law cases, ensuring thorough handling from initiation to resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Offer recommendations to practice managers for enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track case accomplishments.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and incorporate them into case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CT.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

Experience:

3-6 years of litigation experience.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of CT.
