A law firm in Feasterville is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and estate/trust law, with excellent research, analytical, writing, and oratory skills. Provide legal representation in family law cases, with a preference for experience in estate/trust law. Utilize strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to effectively advocate for clients. Maintain knowledge of State and Federal rules of civil litigation.

 

Duties:

  • Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
  • Assist with estate and trust law cases, including drafting wills and trusts and probate administration.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case progress.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent research, analytical, writing, and oratory skills.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal rules of civil litigation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong advocacy skills and ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
