El Paso office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment associate attorney with 2 years of substantive experience in L&E matters, including litigation. The candidate will work directly with the Chair of the practice group, who is also a member of the Firms board. Should have management defense side experience with legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda, motions, and briefs in the context of employment disputes. Must have trial and pre-trial experience, as well as experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and counseling clients on employment issues. Texas Bar is required; New Mexico Bar is a plus. A federal district court or circuit court of appeals clerkship is also a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and ties to El Paso are desirable.

The candidate should preferably have strong employment litigation skills. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
