Trade and Supply Chain Finance Associate Attorney

In this role, the ideal candidate will leverage their comprehensive deal experience within a sophisticated corporate law firm or a similar environment, focusing on representing borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers in US and cross-border trade finance, supply chain finance, commodity finance, receivables monetization, trade receivables securitization, asset-based lending, and related financial products. A solid foundation in finance is a prerequisite for success in this role.
