The role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage legal and business issues.

Duties:

• Represent early-stage technology start-ups in venture capital financings, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of corporate issues.

Requirements:
