Job Overview:

The Business Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients on various business-related matters, focusing on Real Estate transactions. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle complex legal issues, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on business transactions, contracts, and Real Estate matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of New Hampshire or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on business and Real Estate law.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, property law, and other relevant legal principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
