The candidate will proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, providing superior customer service to clients, making improvement recommendations to practice managers, and managing performance metrics. Duties:Manage family law cases from inception to resolution.Provide excellent customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.Offer improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics.Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support.Conduct legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve case objectives.
