Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should have Litigation expertise in multiple Practice Areas, preferably Commercial, Estate Planning Trusts, and Family Law. Must have to retain prospective clients coming in, sourced organically or through active campaigns, or thanks to own relationships/network. Must have a Bar Exam in the States of New Jersey (Required) and New York (Preferred). The candidate should have a strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset. Must have superior reading comprehension and written communication ability. Extreme attention to detail and organization is needed.
