This large national firm has its roots on the East Coast. With a large Pennsylvania presence, this firm is increasingly the go-to organization for intellectual property clients. Although there are no New York-style pay scales here, the work is consistent and consistently good. Associates can expect billable hours somewhere between 1800-1900 on average here, and a loose mentoring and training system. Have fun walking the halls here to check out some of the more unusual art in town. Added bonus--this firm's pro bono policy is real--and attorneys with a public interest bent are encouraged to get involved.
