Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 5 years of complex civil litigation experience. The candidate will be performing legal research and analysis. Will be drafting pleadings and motions. Drafting and responding to written discovery (including document review and analysis). Taking and defending percipient, corporate representative, and expert depositions. Attending court hearings. Preparing cases for trial. Trying cases in either a second chair or co-lead capacity (depending on experience). Experience involving insurance litigation, property damage, and professional liability is required. Must have experience in both State and Federal Court. Should have experience preparing and opposing dispositive motions. Experience preparing cases for trial is needed. Trial experience is essential. Must have current California Bar membership in good standing.

The candidate should have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Must have the ability to work on tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail is required. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is needed.
