The candidate will serve in the areas of Employment-Based Petitions, Consular Processing, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, as well as all aspects of the Naturalization Process. Ability to prepare Immigration Petitions preferred. Bilingual, Spanish, a must. A license to practice in North Carolina is a must.
