Job Details:

  • Collaborate with the firm’s Senior Attorneys and Partners to deliver on-time, error-free results to clients.
  • Hold a valid license to practice law in Texas.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting title opinions.
  • Experience in commission and regulatory matters is a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrate significant familiarity with preparing large, unit-wide divisions of interest and an understanding of overlapping spacing units.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of attorneys, legal professionals, and business support specialists.

Job Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.

Certifications (Optional, but Preferred):

  • Certification in Oil and Gas Law.

  • Proficient in legal research and analysis.
  • Strong drafting skills for title opinions and legal documents.
