Job Details: Duties:

  • Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Advise clients on taxation matters related to trusts and estates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
  • Extensive experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Preferred: Large law firm experience.
  • Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of trust administration and estate planning.
  • Proficiency in drafting various estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
