Duties:

• Manage own caseload under partner oversight
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and write memorandums
• Attend hearings and court conferences
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend inspections and consultations with expert witnesses
• Participate in mediations and trial preparation
• Assist in trials as needed

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of general liability defense experience
• Superior analytical and communication skills

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
