A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a skilled Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will proactively manage family law cases, deliver superior customer service to clients, and contribute improvement recommendations to practice managers. With 3-5 years of litigation experience, including 1st chair family law expertise, the ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including the preparation of monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, track accomplishments, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
