Job Overview: The law firm seeks an experienced Environmental Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of relevant experience in litigation and regulatory matters about federal and state environmental laws. Duties:

  • Assist in renewable energy development projects.
  • Conduct environmental due diligence assessments.
  • Represent clients in environmental enforcement actions.
  • Advise on legal matters concerning contaminated properties.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in environmental law.
  • Strong background in litigation and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in federal and state environmental laws.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Direct client interaction experience.
  • New York Bar or Washington, D.C. license.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York Bar or Washington, D.C. Bar.
