A law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong industry affiliations, exceptional counseling and writing skills, and hands-on litigation expertise. Labor and employment experience is considered a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Conducting eDiscovery tasks, including data collection, preservation, processing, and review.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to develop eDiscovery strategies and workflows.
  • Managing and overseeing document review projects.
  • Providing legal counsel on eDiscovery issues and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to eDiscovery.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery within a legal setting.
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
