Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a top Atlanta personal injury firm, is looking for a highly motivated associate with 2+ years of litigation experience. Prior experience at a plaintiff's firm is a major plus, but is not required. The right candidate must have a strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing and organization skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Associates will handle a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims to cases involving trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and product liability claims. The position involves meeting with new clients; ongoing client communications; communications with insurance carriers and opposing counsel; taking and defending depositions; drafting various case pleadings; drafting and responding to discovery; and handling hearings and trials. The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases with a large amount of independence and autonomy.
