Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.

  • Preference for candidates with expertise in networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless networks, or similar technologies.
  • Admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Bar licensure in California is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the USPTO.
