Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Associate Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-to-senior level corporate associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities. Should have prior experience working on public company deals or financings and regulatory/reporting work. Must have deep experience in corporate transactions, value an environment where everyone is treated with mutual support and respect, and be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Should have ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and discretion. Must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
