Duties

• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Research and draft briefs and pleadings.
• Prepare investigation reports and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for and argue hearings.
• Conduct depositions and witness interviews.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in securities and/or complex commercial litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
