Government Contracts Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks government contracts associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience (procurement contracts of all types, cooperative agreements, cooperative research and development agreements, technology investment agreements, grants, loans, and loan guarantees). The candidate should have experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), and DEAR (Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation). Must have knowledge of GSA Supply Schedule contracts, SBA/SBIR rules, NNSA (National Nuclear Security Administration) regulations, the USDOE Loan Program, and/or Federally Funded R&D Centers is highly desirable, as is experience with the Bayh-Dole Act and data rights, Buy-America/domestic content sourcing and Davis-Bacon Act compliance and a working knowledge of prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs and requirements.
