A respected law firm based in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking a dedicated attorney to oversee and manage personal injury matters in the pre-litigation stage. This position involves working closely with clients, healthcare professionals, insurance representatives, and internal case staff to secure favorable resolutions before litigation becomes necessary. Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of client files during the pre-litigation phase, from intake through settlement

• Conduct regular and proactive communication with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and team members

• Guide and mentor case managers and support personnel throughout the case lifecycle

• Analyze liability, medical documentation, and coverage issues to determine appropriate case strategy

• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers and finalize demand packages

• Monitor and ensure clients receive necessary medical treatment through provider coordination

• Prepare cases for potential litigation when necessary

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona

• Demonstrated experience managing personal injury claims, especially in the pre-litigation phase

• Strong ability to negotiate, persuade, and advocate

• Familiarity with insurance processes and Arizona-specific personal injury law

• Proven ability to lead, train, and support junior legal staff and case managers

• High degree of professionalism, ethical judgment, and attention to detail

• Proficient in managing case timelines and multitasking across client matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
