Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters from intake to resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial when needed

• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys and well-trained support staff

• Maintain communication with clients, providing regular case updates and guidance

• Adhere to firm values emphasizing professionalism, teamwork, and client advocacy

Requirements:

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Arizona

• Demonstrated interest or experience in personal injury law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
