Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in Timonium is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex matters, including M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. Direct client contact and the ability to run deals are advantageous for this role.

Duties:

• Gain direct client contact and hands-on experience with complex corporate matters.
• Run deals efficiently, if experienced.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience.
• Experience in M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with complex corporate matters.
• Ability to run deals efficiently (a plus).
• Strong understanding of M&A deals, Securities, reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance.
