Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients involved in project finance deals.
  • Review project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on project finance laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to develop and execute transactional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
