A law firm is seeking a Trust And Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

The Trust And Estate Litigation Associate Attorney will develop relationships with clients, manage caseloads, and represent clients in court and mediation. They will also be involved in all aspects of trial preparation and trial work.

Duties:

• Develop relationships with clients; establish legal objectives, explain legal options; provide legal advice
• Represent clients in court and mediation
• Manage caseload and prioritize multiple cases and assignments
• Prepare pleadings, manage all aspects of discovery, research, prepare motions, all aspects of trial preparation and trial work as second chair

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
• 4 years of Trust And Estate or civil litigation attorney experience

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar

Skills:

• Strong analytical, research, oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and reprioritize caseload
