Job Overview: A law firm in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Real Estate Transactions and Finance Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive background in real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts.

Duties:

• Negotiate and draft closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases, subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, and property management agreements.
• Handle diverse real estate transaction documents focusing on precision and attention to detail.
• Provide expertise in joint venture and project finance matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting various real estate transaction documents.
• Bar membership in good standing in CA.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California.
