A law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience in Family Law. The ideal candidate must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, possess litigation experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves managing a caseload, drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and conducting legal research.

Duties:

• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently
• Draft and review discovery documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings and represent clients in court
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Maintain organized case files
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel

Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• 0-5 years of experience in Family Law
• Litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
