Duties

• Lead defense of employment litigation for public entities, including school districts and government agencies.

• Manage all phases of case development, from investigation through resolution or trial.

• Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements.

• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with cross-functional teams on case management.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of exclusive employment litigation defense experience.

• Proven track record defending school districts and public entities.

• Familiarity with class actions and PAGA-related claims.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and case-management abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from accredited institutions.
