A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling various legal tasks independently.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist with case preparation, including discovery, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client matters.
• Manage caseload and deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements:
