Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for its Dallas, Texas office. The role involves managing plaintiff-side injury matters through all stages of litigation, offering the opportunity to lead trial strategy and collaborate closely with clients and legal staff.

Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases from pre-suit through trial.

• Prepare and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

• Oversee active caseload and guide support staff.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3 years in personal injury.

• Demonstrated trial experience and willingness to lead proceedings.

• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.

• Member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
