Labor and Public Sector Attorney

Parsippany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and public sector attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate will independently manage litigation cases and matters. Will collaborate with other associates and partners. Draft documents, briefs, opinion letters and the like. Draft and argue motions. Attend arbitrations, administrative hearings, public meetings, and court appearances. Communicate effectively with clients and adversaries. Must be admitted to practice in the state of NJ. NY is a plus. Clerkship, trial and appellate experience is a plus. Book of business is a plus.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Must be an intrinsically motivated, self-starter with strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
