Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate various agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on regulatory matters affecting domestic and international operations.
• Engage in dispute resolution activities related to franchise and supply network issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effective business operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and legal developments affecting global franchise and supply network operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements in the legal field.
• Proven expertise in counseling and dispute resolution within the franchise and supply chain context.
• High academic achievement in law, with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Previous experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in providing regulatory advice and counsel on a global scale.

Education:
