Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of legal experience to join their team. Duties:

  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to patent law and intellectual property matters.
  • Collaborating with inventors and clients to identify patentable inventions and develop patent strategies.
  • Managing patent portfolios and providing strategic advice on IP matters.
  • Participating in patent litigation and enforcement proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.
  • Experience in IP law, specifically drafting and patent prosecution.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
