San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level international trade associate attorney preferably with 4+ years of hands-on experience working through regulatory compliance issues under the CFIUS rules, 31 CFR Parts 800 and 802, including preparation of notifications and declarations, and negotiation of mitigation agreements including National Security Agreements. The candidate must have substantive experience with notifications to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is required. Should preferably also have experience under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (including classification of goods and technologies under the EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Active membership in good standing with the DC or CA Bar is required.
The candidate must have a J.D. degree.
