A law firm in Foothill Ranch, CA, is seeking an Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with opposing parties and clients, drafting and opposing motions, taking depositions and debtor examinations, and attending hearings in state court and bankruptcy court.

Duties:

• Communicate with opposing parties and clients

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of relevant legal experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
