A prominent law firm based in New York City is actively seeking an accomplished Trust and Estates Partner to join their team. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Trust and Estates law and a track record of generating at least $200,000 or more in portable revenue. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients, offering expert counsel in estate planning, wills, trusts, and wealth preservation. Additionally, the Partner will lead and oversee a team of associates and paralegals, ensuring top-notch client service and satisfaction. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Trust and Estates Partner will work closely with colleagues across various practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' legal needs. Responsibilities also encompass handling intricate estate and trust administration matters, including probate and litigation, while staying abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends. A strong emphasis is placed on business development, where the Partner will engage in networking, seminars, and client outreach to expand and nurture client relationships. Furthermore, active participation in firm-wide strategic planning is expected, contributing to the growth and success of the Trust and Estates practice.
